Sales Orders

Sales orders enable you to complete a sale for your customer but instead of depleting stock it reserves the stock, this enables you to invoice or ship against the initial order partially or fully.

Fulfillment Manager

If you process ten or more sales orders a day you must have the SIMMS Order Fulfillment Module. This feature simplifies order fulfillment for bulk ordering. More time is spent making sales and less time is wasted on the paperwork involved. The Order Fulfillment Module was designed to work in conjunction with the Sales Order Manager, wherein unfulfilled sales orders are listed in the module waiting for orders to be picked and invoiced. Here the user can process all items on sales orders into invoices. This process is called “Recalculate Fill Quantity” (the fill quantity is the item’s quantity on a sales order). If there are shortages you can generate a purchase order for the shortages from this screen and with a single mouse click you generate purchase orders for shortages related to numerous orders. Easier still is the added ability to see alternate locations that might already have the items you need and with another mouse click you can transfer items from locations having the items to fill the order.

Sales Invoicing

With SIMMS you can Generate a new invoice or invoice from entire Sales Order or partially issue a Sales Order as many times as required until the whole Sales Order has been Issued, creating separate Invoice for each partial sales order fill.
